On June 30th, the management of PMQ Holding BV (Permess International and multiSTiQ) acquired Betina BV, a Dutch printing & laminating company.  The two organizations will merge and operate under the umbrella of PMQ Holding BV. 24 January 2023: Permess International BV, producer of high-quality interlinings, has entered into a strategic alliance with NTS Interlining (PVT) LTD, an established 15-year-old Sri Lankan Interlining manufacturer, to provide a comprehensive co-branded range of interlinings to all segments of the garment & apparel industry.  Interlinings form a key part of apparel manufacturing.  They are used
